1 Acceptance of Terms

By using FalakCloud services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2 Description of Service

FalakCloud provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services including:

• VPS servers with Linux and Windows operating systems
• Control panel for server management
• 24/7 technical support
• DDoS protection

3 User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• One account per person — account sharing is prohibited

4 Payment and Billing

• All subscriptions are annual and paid upfront
• Payments are processed through Paddle as our authorized payment provider
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

5 Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance and force majeure events
• If the guarantee is not met, you may request a service credit

6 Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate your account for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

7 Limitation of Liability

FalakCloud is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from use of the Service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

8 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
